Basic Liquid Transmission Flow Cells
Models LT-B13, LT-B25, LT-B13-T, LT-B25-T
Durasens™ LT-B Series Liquid Transmission Flow Cells are reliable, field tested basic cells suitable for analyzing liquid streams using transmission spectroscopy.
The LT-B Series cells are available with round clear apertures of 8mm (Model LT-B13) and 20mm (Model LT-B25). Both models are available in temperature controlled versions (Models LT-B13-T and LT-B25-T).
High Pressure Liquid Transmission Flow Cells
Models LT-HP13, LT-HP13-T
Durasens™ LT-HP Series High Pressure Liquid Transmission Flow Cells are constructed from corrosion resistant 316 stainless steel and fitted with thick 13x6mm windows making them suitable for the analysis of liquid streams at high temperatures and pressures up to 5000 psi.
The LT-HP Series cells have round clear apertures of 8mm. A variety of window materials is available. A temperature controlled version (Model LT-HP13-T) is also available.
Diamond Liquid Transmission Cells
Models LT-D, LT-D-T, LT-D-P, LT-D-P-T
Durasens™ LT-D Series Diamond Liquid Transmission Cells are reliable, field tested cells suitable for analyzing liquid streams using transmission spectroscopy. Diamond windows provide spectral range from UV to Far IR, mechanical strength, chemical inertness and superior abrasion resistance.
The LT-D Series cells have 7mm round clear aperture and are available in a temperature controlled version (Model LT-D-T ). The unsurpassed thermal conductivity of diamond provides superior control of sample temperature. A high pressure version (Models LT-D-P, LT-D-P-T) for operation up to 1000 psi is also available.
Rapid Flow Liquid Transmission Cells
Models LT-R13, LT-R13-F, LT-R13-T, LT-R13-F-T
Durasens™ LT-R Series Rapid Flow Liquid Transmission Cells are designed to monitor liquid streams in process environments using transmission spectroscopy. The patented (U.S. Patent 7,961,310) design of the cells allows for the high unimpeded flow of sample thus ensuring that the sample analyzed in the cell is the timely representation of the sample in the process line or reaction vessel. The rapid flow design also ensures that the cell does not get clogged by particulates in the process stream.
The LT-R Series cells can be mounted directly in the sample compartment (Model LT-R13) or coupled to spectrometers with fiber optics (Model LT-R13-F). Both models are available in a temperature controlled version.
Single Reflection ATR Flow Through Liquid Cells
Models LR-S, LR-S-T
Durasens™ LR-SR Single Reflection ATR Flow Through Liquid Cells are designed for monitoring process steams of liquids that strongly absorb infrared radiation. The types of liquid streams that could be monitored include a broad range of water based solutions. These cells are constructed of 316 stainless steel and have 1/8” diameter in/out tubing. The standard ATR crystal material is ZnSe. All aspects of the cells such as cell body material or ATR crystal material can be customized for a specific application. The straightforward optical configuration enables high spectrometric efficiency. These cells are for use with any IR spectrometer.
Multiple Reflection ATR Flow Through Liquid Cells
Models LR-D-M, LR-D-M-T
Durasens™ LR-D-M Multiple Reflection Diamond ATR Flow Through Liquid Cells are designed for monitoring streams of liquids that are weak absorbers of infrared radiation. Due to the high inertness of the diamond ATR virtually all types of process streams can be monitored. These cells are constructed of 316 stainless steel and have 1/8” diameter in/out tubing. Other cell body materials, such as Hastelloy, are also available. These cells are for use with any IR spectrometer.
